Horrible!!!!! Nothing thrifty about them!!!! They don’t care about making things easier on you at all or giving you your discounts promised by other reps you talked to!!!! A 3 day rental with super small car and minimum insurance ran over $300 dollars!!!!!
Nice folks,ready for me as I arrived. While the first car I got had some awful noise coming from the brakes, they switched cars for me right away, took only a couple minutes. Free upgrade too!
From pickup to dropoff everyone was friendly and the whole transaction was easy. When I returned my car, I couldn't find my iPod and was worried I had left it at the gas station when I filled up the car. The woman checking me in was really helpful and she spotted it between the seats. That was above and beyond.
WORST place I've ever dealt with. We reserved and paid for a car Online and they would not take our debit card for payment. Absolutely UNNACEPTABLE. WORST service ever and you can't even understand the people working there. HORRIBLE! Left there without a car and will NEVER GO BACK. Ohhhh and just try to get your money back.....Ha! What a joke of a place!
Rented my car in Cleveland Ohio I'm supposed to return the car At 4 AM at Cincinnati airport I'm at the gate the gate is locked and closed. My plane leaves at 5:30 a.m. and nobody's here to receive my car and there is no night drop . Worst experience ever it's putting me in a completely terrible position with no way to get back to the airport I'm stuck in a car that I can't return . I'm on a business trip it's gonna cost me thousands of dollars missing client appointments . Update the amazing shuttle driver that came in at 4 o'clock Saved my life . Not only was he nice about it he went out of his way started his shift early and got me on my plane . Changed my one star to 4 stars . Cleveland should have known The return times for Cincinnati . Thank God for that wonderful shuttle driver .
