Rented from here couple of times. Excellent customer service and always clean cars.
They used a little known provision in their terms and agreements to avoid refunding his money. We're not done with them yet. Be aware.
I really don't like leaving bad reviews because we all have bad days. But if you need reliable transportation plans, please do not use this location. I've used Dollar in 5 states and for some reason have had HUGE problems every single time trying to rent from this location over the last two years (like leaving without a rental - being told I could come back the next day and pay twice as much as stated in my confirmation email.) The other locations are a huge bang for your buck. The way the CVG location agents are so blase when you express that things are going horribly wrong speaks volumes that they are very comfortable consistently upsetting clients :(.
Worst customer service. I have never been treated as poorly as I was treated today. This long time customer will not be renting with this company EVER again. I recommend you steer clear.
