As you pull in an attendant directs you exactly where to park and provides a ticket to display on your dash. A shuttle bus pulls right in behind you. Shuttle driver was quick, friendly, and helpful with our bags. Getting to the airport took just minutes and off we went.
This is where I park when I have to leave my car a week at a time. Wonderful people, even gave me a jump when my battery die and staying at their break room when I waited for my wife, because I locked my key in the car.
Great service for someone who had never flown before. No worries about car
On our return their was a shuttle waiting just outside the baggage claim. Driver dropped us off right at our car after showing him our car location ticket given to us on the day we left. He assisted with our bags and even offered help loading.
Check out was quick with 3 "express" lanes where you scan your dash ticket. I had been up 30 hours so a very helpful attendant came out and got me on my way after I messed things up.
There is NO better parking solution for CVG! Pickup where I park, drop me at the door, and get me back quickly afterwards. THE BEST!

Going and coming, they are print and courteous. Even late in the evening I never have to wait longer than 8-10 mins at baggage claim.
