I purchased a new 35ft travel trailer. The camping site where I had planed to park was muddy and I needed a place to immediately store it while I was waiting for the grounds to become accessible. Melinda showed me a place to park and I said I would take it. When I arrived with my trailer it was obvious that I had underestimated the amount of space needed, and my novice parking abilities didn't help to change that. I knew I was in over my head and told Melinda that I was not able to park in the spot I was assigned. She could see that I was about to give up and offered to move a U-Haul truck parked in a different location that would make it easy to park my trailer in it's place. This type of customer service is unheard of today. This business is clean, secure, and has the lowest prices in Northern Ky. I would recommend "Compass Self Storage" as a great place to accommodate any of your needs!!!
